Barry was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, raised in Regina, and eventually moved to Alberta in 1994. In addition to being a successful role model to his children, Barry has also taken on successful roles in sales, marketing, and management in the insurance industry. Now in his role as one of the company's partners, he draws from his 32 years of industry experience to offer expert advice and to support the company as it builds a stronger presence in the Peace region. Barry completed numerous sales and management courses; received a CRM from Simon Fraser University and a FRM from the University of Toronto; and was named a RIMS Fellow by the University of Alberta. Barry is an active contributor to his community; he is a Rotarian, chairman on United Way's board, volunteer at Ronald McDonald House, and an Oilers Copper Jacket. He also supports his children by volunteering in their organized sports activities.
