After graduating from the University of Alberta with a BA in Economics, Marshall began his career in the insurance industry, joining the team at Lloyd Sadd in 1991. Marshall began by working in personal lines and moved into commercial insurance, achieving his CIP and CCIB designations along the way. In 1999, he became president and CEO of the company. He is a natural leader, and as a representative of Lloyd Sadd in the community, Marshall does not fall short. His volunteer engagements have included chairing The Support Network Foundation, being a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization, and is a past president for the Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization, Edmonton chapter. In his free time, Marshall enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife and three children. He also takes great pleasure in treating his palate to fine dining and a glass of wine.
