Originally from Edmonton, David offers extensive education and experience in the insurance industry. He first completed a BA, majoring in Economics, from the University of Alberta, and then spent four years in an operational management role, before completing his MBA. After spending two years working in the financial consulting industry, he joined the team as an account executive. He enjoys the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and aims to provide his clients with the strategic support and advice they need to mitigate risk as they grow their business. Motivated by the freedom and challenge that the insurance industry provides, David is currently working towards his CAIB designation. Besides travelling (he has been to Europe, Asia, Mexico, Central America, and the Caribbean), he also enjoys volunteering with organizations such as Make-A-Wish, as well as rock climbing, mountain-biking, and snowboarding.
