Only someone with a similar drive and go-get-it attitude could know Dawn's perseverance and ability to delegate and be quick on her toes. Dawn first joined the Lloyd Sadd team in 1988 as a customer service representative before moving into the commercial lines manager position. She left the company to raise her four children in 1991 and brought her skills back to the Lloyd Sadd team in 2005 as the Commercial Services Manager. Dawn has her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Alberta, as well as her CIP, CRM, and FCIP designations. In her free time, she spends time with her children and is the past chair of the parent council at her children's school.
