Julie Sharkey is the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at Lloyd Sadd. She has over 10 years of technology and management experience and is passionate about driving change and innovation within the brokerage. Julie believes in building a community around strategic priorities and collaboratively executing to deliver rapid organizational change. She emphasizes that the people are the pillar of focus and it takes a community with a culture rooted in progression, education, and client satisfaction to reach our goals.

Julie graduated from the University of Saskatchewan with a Bachelor of Commerce and progressed into cross-functional management roles early in her career. Her career demonstrates a strong commitment to collaboration and continuous learning.
