When Kevin describes the education he received after earning his Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction from the University of Alberta, he refers to it as “the school of hard knocks.” There is no doubt that his career path has been driven by persistence and perseverance, and his long list of experience in the insurance industry attests his natural tendency to be a leader. As Chief Operating Officer for the company, Kevin works to ascertain the vision of each Lloyd Sadd client by finding and helping to develop and mentor the “best and brightest” staff in the industry. He also provides provocative and comprehensive risk management solutions to clients. As a team player, Kevin makes sure to keep the company core values, especially Integrity, off the shelf. Spending time with his family falls at the top of Kevin’s list of pleasures and hobbies outside of work. Golf and travel come in second and third.
