T. Marshall Sadd

With over 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry, T. Marshall Sadd is the former CEO of Lloyd Sadd Insurance Brokers Ltd and Executive Chairman of Navacord Corp.  Beginning his career at Lloyd Sadd in 1991, after graduating with a BA in Economics from the University of Alberta, Marshall became the President of the company in 1999.  A firm believer in the power of relationships in fostering organic growth, Marshall has used this focus to grow Lloyd Sadd into one of the largest independent commercial insurance brokerages in western Canada.  Marshall is a huge supporter of the independent broker and also a the founder of Navacord Corp.  Navacord is a collection of premium brokerages which have joined together to create the 4^th largest insurance broker in Canada.  With a focus on providing enhanced risk services, sector expertise, strategic capital, and access to carriers, Navacord supports its partners across Canada in long term, strategic growth.

A natural leader, Marshall enjoys helping others build on their opportunities and is involved extensively in the Edmonton community.  He currently spends his time as the past Chair of the Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation and is on the Board of Directors for the Edmonton Eskimos Football Club.
