After a period of independent consulting focused on risk management, operations, and business improvement, he returned to the brokerage industry to lead operations, systems, and strategic initiatives.

As an Operations and Business Intelligence (BI) leader, Justin has extensive experience driving enterprise-wide performance improvements across commercial insurance and leading brokerage operations. He partners with executive leadership to deliver strategic initiatives focused on efficiency, organizational growth, and transformation.

His expertise spans operational strategy, business intelligence, enterprise reporting, brokerage management systems, and workflow design and automation, enabling improved decision-making and measurable performance outcomes.
