Important Update: Strive Insure Closing December 31, 2025
We want to inform you that Strive Insure will officially close on December 31, 2025.
To ensure a smooth transition, we are providing a 90-day grace period for any remaining clients to review and transition their plans. This grace period will run from January 1, 2026 through March 31, 2026. Please reach out to us as soon as possible to begin the transition process and avoid any lapse in coverage.

Most claims can be submitted online using Online Access.
If you haven’t yet signed up for Online Access, please take a few minutes to register. You will need your policy/group number and certificate/client ID number, which you will find on your group benefits card. If you don’t have your card, please contact your Plan Administrator.
