CDQ Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How do we determine our property insurance value?
A: Your property insurance limit should represent the total replacement cost (new) value of your assets (equipment, furniture & fixtures, IT, phones, signs, tenant improvements, building – if owned or required to be insured by the tenant under the lease, etc). With the help of CDQ, we have created a CDQ property worksheet to help you determine your actual total property value. Please find attached CDQ Property Replacement Cost Worksheet to assist you in determining your property insurance values.
