Brad Jennings

VP of Finance

Brad Jennings joined Lloyd Sadd after being a client for a number of years and seeing the exceptional risk management and culture that the firm had. Brad is a CPA, CA who articled with a large accounting firm before he moved to the industry and worked with large construction companies in the Railway and Oil and Gas sector. He was a key number of the executive team and eventually led the finance department. He has significant experience working with private equity owners and was involved in the 2014 CVCA deal of the year.

Outside of the office he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling and staying active with sports such as hockey, golfing and tennis.
