Calle Johnson is a Partner and Managing Director with PricewaterhouseCoopers Corporate Finance Inc.  She has been with the firm for over 20 years and is focused on working with shareholders of private companies to maximize value when selling their businesses. 

She has significant experience in advising clients through the process of selling their business from preparation, identification of buyers, marketing, assessment of offers, due diligence and negotiation through to completion. She has a track record of successful deal negotiation and maximizing value for clients. 

A selection of Calle’s transaction experience includes working with the following companies: 3LOG Systems Inc. and Trimble; Hexonet Services Inc. and CentralNic Group PLC; Phase Technologies and Roper Technologies; AllWest Insurance and Highland West Partners; Diacon Technologies; Toptable Group and the Acquilini Group; Que Pasa Mexican Foods and Nature’s Path; North American Tea & Coffee and Torquest Partners.

Calle is a qualified Chartered Accountant and during her career, she spent almost 10 years working with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in London, England. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce and completed her Masters in Accountancy at the University of Manitoba.
