A Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Chad brings deep industry knowledge shaped by nearly a decade of experience working with a major Canadian insurer. This background provides him with valuable insight into carrier underwriting practices, plan mechanics, and risk management, enabling him to advocate effectively on behalf of his clients. He is known for his high-touch service model and technical expertise, acting as a trusted extension of his clients’ leadership and HR teams.
