Charlotte Loran

Charlotte graduated from NAIT’s Business Administration program and later received a diploma in Public Relations from MacEwan University. She has been in the benefits industry for nearly ten years, having spent four years at two of Canada’s major benefit carriers prior to joining Lloyd Sadd. As a group benefits consultant, Charlotte focuses on creative solutions for her clients, building cost-effective benefit programs that optimize employee attraction and retention. She prioritizes education, ensuring the benefit program’s value is understood by staff and ensuring her clients are made aware of changes and trends within the benefit space.
