Chris Smith

Chris Smith graduated from the University of Alberta School of Business in 2012 and has been an Employee Benefits Analyst since 2014. As a partner in Benefit Consultants Inc, Chris was enthusiastic to have his firm join the Lloyd Sadd organization in 2019 to help expand their service offering. His specialization in analysis has allowed him to understand the benefits products at their core and offer unique perspectives to employers, with the ultimate goal of maximizing the value for employees.

Chris continues to expand his skills through education getting his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist designation, and is an MBA candidate at the U of A (2024 Graduation target). When not in the office, Chris has a passion for fundraising, being awarded the National Philanthropy Day award in 2014 as President of Extra Life Edmonton as well as founding the Lloyd Sadd event, Puttin’ Fore Paws.
