Claims Advocate

Darrell is the newest member to the Claims Advocacy Department and is a former Executive General Adjuster who has handled claims throughout Western and Northern Canada. Darrell has over 21 years of multi-line claims adjusting experience with a focus on complex commercial and industrial claims, servicing numerous national and international insurers.  He holds professional designations as a Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Associate Customer Service (ACS).  In addition to his insurance career, Darrell has spent 16 years in law enforcement, and 7 years in the fire service. As a consequence of his vast experience in handling a diverse variety of claims, Darrell brings a proficiency in the investigation, analysis, and settlement of large and complex insurance losses.  He has developed solid relationships within the industry and is a well-respected insurance professional. Darrell enjoys international travel with his family and is an avid scuba diver. During his free time, Darrell is a stage/screen actor, writer, producer and filmmaker.
