Dave joined Lloyd Sadd in 2016, taking on a variety of roles and responsibilities over the years as the company experienced significant growth through expansion and acquisitions. Throughout this period, Dave has played a crucial role in supporting and integrating these changes, contributing to the company’s ongoing success. His expertise and support extend beyond Lloyd Sadd, as he serves as a valuable resource across Navacord, regularly assisting broker partners.

A recognized expert in EPIC, Dave was part of the original implementation team when Lloyd Sadd became the first partner to adopt the system. His continued support of other broker partners in utilizing EPIC has solidified his role as a key figure in ensuring the system’s successful integration and use.

Before joining Lloyd Sadd, Dave gained extensive experience in finance and accounting, having held various roles at an international heavy equipment dealer and an agriculture supply business. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta and has been a CPA for 16 years.

In his new role, Dave will continue to oversee financial analysis at Lloyd Sadd, focusing on profitability and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. He will also explore new ways to leverage system data, extracting actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. Additionally, as a key contributor to the Navacord Data Project, he will help lead efforts in the standardization, governance, and architecture of data across Navacord.
