Dustin is an Associate Advisor specializing in Construction and Energy services at our Lloydminster office. His journey in the insurance industry began when he took on the role of Sales & Account Manager at a national direct writer. Dustin then joined Lloyd Sadd in March 2022 as a Commercial Account Assistant before moving into his current role.

Prior to venturing into insurance, Dustin has an impressive background in leadership and governance roles spanning over a decade, primarily within the sports nutrition and hospitality sectors. He leverages his past experiences to provide exceptional advisory services in Risk Management and Insurance while also nurturing enduring client relationships, making him an invaluable asset to our team.

Dustin currently holds a level 2 insurance license and his Chartered Insurance Professional designation, which further solidifies his expertise in the field. His dedication to professional development exemplifies his unwavering commitment to providing exceptional service to his clients.

In his spare time, Dustin loves staying active with his daughter, Kinsley. You will find them involved in a variety of sports, walking, biking, or playing impromptu games of tag.
