Lindsay Guindon is a Senior Advisor specializing in transportation and energy service risks across Western Canada.

With nearly two decades of experience, Lindsay advises clients operating in complex environments — particularly those involving fleets, contractors, and layered exposures — ensuring their insurance programs accurately reflect how their businesses function day-to-day.

She is known for her direct approach, strong industry understanding, and ability to bring clarity to situations where risk is often misunderstood or misrepresented. Her work focuses on structuring programs that are properly aligned, clearly presented to the market, and positioned to perform.

Lindsay’s career in insurance began unexpectedly, but what started as an entry point quickly became a focused path. Recognizing an early aptitude for the work, she advanced rapidly — building her career through hands-on experience, strong client relationships, and a commitment to doing things properly from the outset.

She is also a proud former member of the military, where she gained foundational experience that continues to shape how she works today. She remains closely connected to the military community and carries forward the discipline, accountability, and perspective developed during her service.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys skiing, golfing, gardening, and boating — something she takes particular pride in managing independently from launch to dock. She also values time with her daughter, friends, and family, along with cooking, baking, reading, and the occasional weekend spent unwinding with a great series.
