Magdalena joined Navacord (formerly Lloyd Sadd) in 2005 and brings more than 25 years of experience in commercial insurance. She leads Navacord’s Professional Services Practice, specializing in Professional Liability and Risk Management for Design Professionals. Magdalena works closely with clients across Canada to develop tailored insurance and risk management strategies that support business resilience and long-term success.
A trusted advisor known for her technical expertise and client-focused approach, Magdalena takes the time to understand each client’s operations, exposures, and goals. She supports more than 350 design consulting firms across Canada and is actively involved in industry leadership as an Honorary Director with Consulting Engineers of Alberta (CEA) and Treasurer and incoming Vice President of the Professional Liability Agents Network (PLAN). She holds the CCIB, CIP (Honours), and CRM designations.
Outside of work, Magdalena enjoys staying active and spending time in the mountains. Whether skiing, hiking, cycling, or exploring new outdoor adventures, she is happiest outdoors. Her commitment to continuous growth, both personally and professionally, reflects the energy, leadership, and dedication she brings to her clients, colleagues, and the industry every day.
