His goal is to develop a thorough understanding of each client’s unique traits and guide them through the risk management process. His true passion is meeting new organizations, learning about their long-term goals, and assisting them in attaining those objectives with the Team. He joined Navacord with a long list of experience in the hospitality, real estate development, construction, and logistics sectors.

Away from the office, Ross can also be found cycling, preparing for a triathlon, and spending time adventuring with his wife and 3 sons.
