With an innate desire to understand the heartbeat of any organization, Ross aims to build strong partnerships and further the success of businesses as they adjust to ever-changing economic climates. His goal is to develop a thorough understanding of each client’s unique traits and guide them through the risk management process. His true passion is meeting new organizations, learning about their long-term goals, and assisting them attain those objectives. He joined Lloyd Sadd with a long list of experience in the hospitality, real estate development, construction, manufacturing, and Energy sectors.

Away from the office, Ross can also be found cycling, preparing for a triathlon, and spending time with his family and either living out or planning their next adventure.
