Sharon brings 15 years of experience with her to Lloyd Sadd. Sharon earned her CAIB designation quickly after being licensed in 2007. With 15 years in the industry, she has been able to utilize these learned skills as an Unit Manager for the Personal Lines Lifestyle team.

She prides herself on fairness and equality in the workplace in addition to providing above and beyond customer service to all files she touches.

Managing a large team of executives and assistants while providing solutions to client issues is one of Sharon’s strengths while developing her staff to learn and grow within the department.

Sharon believes that team playing is the most important role in delivering clients the full high valued service they deserve at Lloyd Sadd. Ensuring a solid and dedicated team is what benefits the clients in the end, while maintaining long term relationships with clients.

In Sharon’s free time, she will be busy spending time with friends and family. Planning a trip or eating out at some new different restaurant.
